If you're still running the trial version and want to upgrade to either the self hosted or the managed service, please follow the steps below for the option you want:
SocialEngine Managed
Choose a subscription and then submit a ticket request to move the trial to your subscription. We can then migrate your trial site and you can continue it with all of your settings, users and content intact. If you prefer not to have the trial site moved, we can install a fresh site instead and delete your trial site.
SocialEngine Self Hosted
Once you purchase a license, you can either use our recommended host, or choose any host that meets our requirements. If using BryZar, once you've purchased hosting with them they can easily move your site to your new server once you send them a ticket requesting the move. This is the easiest method as the trial is hosted with BryZar.
If you have chosen other hosting, send a ticket to BryZar to request your trial export which you can then use to migrate to your hosting.
