  • Easy Cancellation: Cancel your subscription at any time and renew later if needed.
  • Recurring Payments: By subscribing to any of our membership plans, you agree to recurring payments.
  • No Refunds on Support Payments: Refunds are not provided for support payments as we are committed to delivering the required support services.
  • App Rejection: No refunds are available if a refund request is made after the app is rejected by the Apple App Store or Android Play Store. We will assist in resubmitting your app for approval.
  • Support Channels: Support is provided through our ticketing system under the Tickets section. Support via phone, WhatsApp, Skype, or email is at the discretion of SocialEngine.com.

Support for the following issues will be included.

  • Installation of SocialEngine plugins, themes, or mobile apps is limited to one website only.
  • Support is available only for unmodified copies of SE and its products, as per the selected plan.
  • Support for other issues will be provided based on team availability, severity of the issue, and other relevant factors.

Support for the below issues will NOT be included.

  • For installation on more than one website, including the development site, an additional support plan must be purchased for each extra licence.
  • Issues arising from customizations by you, other third-party developers, or conflicts caused by third-party SocialEngine plugins not adhering to SE standards are not covered.
  • The installation and upgrade of any third-party products are not included.
  • Development for integration, new features, design changes, or enhancements to our products is not included. Please contact our support team for any custom work.
