  • NO REFUND is provided on support payments because we are here to provide the required support services.
  • Please remember NO REFUND is available if you want a refund after the app rejected by Apple / Android Play store because we are here to re-submit your app for approval in the respective store.
  • With these plans, support will be provided by our ticketing system from the Tickets section. Support by other means of communication such as phone, whatsapp, skype and/or electronic mail (E-Mail) is at the sole discretion of SocialEngine.com.

    • Issues in unmodified copies of SE & its products as per the plan opted.
    • If you need support on other issues on your website, then our team can decide to provide a resolution for the same based on team availability, severity of the issue and other factors.
  • Support for below issues will NOT be included.
    • Plugins, Themes or Mobile Apps installation on more than 1 website including the development site. For this case, you will have to purchase another support plan for additional license.
    • Issue which come due to customizations by you, other 3rd party developers or conflicts because of other 3rd party plugins which are not following SE standards in their codes.
    • Installation and upgrade of any other 3rd party products.
    • Any development to provide integration, new features, design changes and enhancement in our products is not included. You can contact our support team for any custom work.
    • Server assistance or any other support which is out of work scope of our support staff.
