  • Third party products cannot be installed in this plan.
  • No customizations other than those able to be done via the theme manager, layout editor, menu editor and other settings via the admin control panel.
  • Upgrades will be done via SocialEngine staff or automated once available. As such, you agree not to make any changes to the default theme. Instead, you will need to make a clone of the theme and make changes on that instead. Otherwise, your changes will be overwritten during upgrades. The only way to protect changes is to use a cloned theme.

Enterprise 8GB, Enterprise 16GB, and Enterprise 32GB

  • Third party products from SocialNetworking.Solutions can be installed in this plan. Should you install third party products, that expert will be responsible for all upgrades and support.
  • Standard upgrades will be done via SocialEngine staff or automated once available for sites with no customizations or third party plugins/themes. As such, you agree not to make any changes to the default theme. Instead, you will need to make a clone of the theme and make changes on that instead.   • Customizations and/or plugins and themes from SocialNetworking.Solutions (a third party developer, sister company of SocialEngine) can be installed on this plan. (In the future, we will open this up for customizations from other experts). For more details or questions about customizations , please contact SocialNetworking.Solutions and they'll be happy to help.
  • Support for customized sites, or sites with third party plugins or themes will be provided by SocialNetworking.Solutions and not by SocialEngine support. Please check with them regarding support.
  • If your site receives customizations, or has plugins or themes from SocialNetworking.Solutions, upgrades will be done by their team. You will need to schedule those upgrades as it might be a custom upgrade. Please check with them regarding any fee for custom upgrade service should you need it.
