We’ve released a new version of the platform today, SocialEngine 1.8. This update fixes several minor bugs we’ve found over the past several weeks, namely issues we’ve found within the FCK editor component, the admin’s statistics area, the post comment page, and several small language oversights. SocialEngine 1.X is now remarkably stable, so to celebrate we will be bringing you a whole new version of the platform! Our development manager Charlotte has been making excellent progress with the SocialEngine 2.0 alpha, and she has taken many of your feature requests into account. We will be posting a news announcement with a definitive feature list for SE 2.0 early next week.
