Important Customer Dashboard Update

Over the years the team at SocialEngine has emphasized the safety and security of our users. As we continue to grow we want to make sure that we are offering all of our users not only the best experience, but the most secure. It is for this reason that we are going to be migrating to a new customer dashboard. The new dashboard will offer the same features that you are currently using but with enhanced security measures. To make this transition, however, we will require that you reach out to our support team directly so that we can set up a new account for you.

In order to access the software you have purchased within the new dashboard, we would need you to send an email to sales@socialengine.com from the registered email address on your account. This will allow us to walk you through the account creation process on our new dashboard. This process will be done free of charge and you will maintain all SocialEngine software you have purchased in the past.

We recognize that this is a large undertaking and thus the process may take a little while to finalize, but rest assured we will make sure that you have full access to any software you have purchased. In order to ensure that all SocialEngine customers have the chance to reach out, we will keep this migration process open for a full year, ending in March of 2022, after which the old dashboard will no longer be available.
