This AMC ensures that your SocialEngine installation remains secure, updated, optimized, and future-ready throughout the year.
1. Overall Purpose of the AMC
● Maintain a stable and updated SocialEngine environment with SNS Plugins
● Resolve minor bugs, errors, and issues that affect performance
● Perform minor updates to ensure compatibility with server/hosting changes
● Monitor uptime and performance health
● Improve and redo custom work where needed for reliability
● Ensure quick turnaround in emergency breakdowns
● Provide professional, dedicated support throughout the year
● Maintain customizations via github, ensuring no custom work is lost during upgrade or regular maintenance.
** For github maintenance, your website should be hosted on our Managed VPS only or you should be hosted on our Cloud plan.
2. What is Not Included (Exclusions)
● New feature development
● Major UI/UX redesign
● New module/plugin development
● Third-party integration (payment gateway, SMS, email services, etc.)
● Server migrations
● Mobile app development or app bug solving
● Performance optimization requiring major code refactoring
● Security breaches caused by external hosting issues

Additional Development
Any future development outside the agreed scope will be charged at $18/hour instead of $25/hour.
